Campaignware has implemented mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as a proactive safety measure to further protect your account and data.
This additional layer of security helps prevent unauthorised access and keeps your data more secure in case of unauthorised access.
The MFA process requires a one-time code passcode (OTP) to grant access to the platform.
Here's how it works:
First, log in to your account as you normally would using your Username and Password.
After entering your credentials, you will be prompted to enter a Code (OTP).
The code will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
You will then be logged into your account as usual, but with the added security of the OTP verification.
Once you receive the code, simply paste it into the designated field and select Enter.
The code will remain valid for a maximum of 10 minutes, if your code has expired you can refresh the login page and try to log in again to generate a new code.
If you don't receive an email containing your OTP, there are a few possible reasons:
Check your spam or junk folder. The email might have been mistakenly filtered.
It's possible that the OTP is being sent to a different email address associated with your Campaignware account. You can verify which email address is receiving the OTP.
If your Campaignware account is shared with multiple users, it's essential to ensure that each user has a unique email address for OTP delivery.
If you continue to experience difficulties receiving the code, don't hesitate to contact our Support Team.
