Our system accepts a number of formats including PNG, JPG, GIF - we prefer PNG if you’re not using GIFs

Logos & Banner (Campaigns and Omnihub)

Before you get started on building a campaign, it's a good idea to have a look at the creative assets and the dimensions, such as your logo and backgrounds.

You only need a handful of graphics to get started and you can also use some of ours

Here are the basic specs you'll need for uploading your creative into Campaignware;

LOGO

• DIMENSIONS: 600 px width

  • File types: PNG, JPG, GIF

You can choose the height get different creative treatments

Make sure your icons are uploaded in PNG format with transparent backgrounds

BANNER (MAXIMUM FILE SIZE: 5MB)

• DIMENSIONS: 600 px width

  • File types: PNG, JPG, GIF

You can choose the height get different creative treatments

Background Specs (Campaigns and Omnihub)

• Desktop/ Tablet/ Mobile Background DIMENSIONS: 1920×1080

  • File types: PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, MP4, MOV, AVI, WEBM

Optional: Mobile specific background: 470×932px

Your creative won't always display exactly how you've uploaded it, as different devices have different screen sizes - so the system will crop your background to match the device it is serving.)

FACEBOOK & TWITTER SHARING TILE (MAXIMUM FILE SIZE: 5MB, JPG or PNG )

DIMENSIONS: 1200 x 630

Single Asset and Folder Upload (Player Headsots)

The asset upload is best used for regular campaigns that will use the same or similar assets more than once.

This will save a lot of time in the future by uploading them to the Brand & Asset management system and then it's a click of a button for each new campaign.

For example, a sport club doing a weekly Player of the Match Vote, can upload their whole squad with player headshots once at the start of the season and add the whole team with one click each week.

This feature is only required if you plan to use the Vote, Team Picker, Leaderboard or Tipping competitions;

Add Asset Folder

• This is the grouping of individual assets, such as Product Range or Sports Club

• You must create a Folder before you can add Single Assets

• You can edit the Folder Name and Image

ASSET FOLDER IMAGE (eg. CLUB LOGOS)

Folder images is also used for Tipping Competition team logos

Use Case - Australia Cricket Team would be the Folder and the Players would be added as Single Asset uploads.

SINGLE ASSET UPLOADS (eg. PLAYER HEADSHOTS)

• Our AI Asset uploader will optimise the size and image for you, just upload your headshots under 10MB.

Omnihub Content Block Image Specs

Required Width is always 1030px but you can select your own height (eg. Square tiles: 1030x1030px, rectangular tiles: 1030x515)

Standard sizes:

Square tile (1030x1030)

Rectangular tile (1030x515)

You can customise your Omnihub by choosing your own custom heights for Omnihub tiles. Mix up the sizes to add more visual interest
